So he took to spinning yarn."

"Please... don't go"

From Wikipedia:

A decompiler is the name given to a computer program that performs the reverse operation to that of a compiler. That is, it translates a file containing information at a relatively low level of abstraction (often designed to be computer readable rather than human readable) in to a form having a higher level of abstraction (often designed to be human readable).

"Please... don't go" is an exercise at decompiling the human imagery behind the video of Euphoria's Ab na jaa that I had attempted a long time ago. A reprise.

He watched her from across the room.

As she flitted from one person to another, talking, giggling, laughing or slapping somebody's arm in a show of mock irritation. Her face showing animated expressions with almost child-like innocence. I could watch her for hours, he thought.

He remembered the past they shared. Those moments when they sat together and spoke nothing. Each person reaching out and touching the other, without moving, without saying a word. She must be married, he convinced himself.

He snapped back to reality when she gently tugged his arm. She looked at him quizzically. He smiled and shook his head. He turned, as if to speak to somebody else.

As she turned away from him, something on the mantelpiece caught her eye. When she went closer she realised it was a photograph of the two of them. As she looked at the photograph, she recalled the day when it was taken, many years ago. And recalled the times they spent together.

She turned to look at him. And found him looking at her.

She walked to him, oblivious to the people around them. He clasped her right hand, his fingers rubbing gently over hers. She smiled at his obvious intention. Time stood still as he held her hand and mumbled, "Please... don't go".
